EAC is Cautiously Opening Up!

  • July 31 the Gallery will open from 10 until 2 pm with our regular Friday and Saturday schedule.

  • Masks and social distancing will be required. A maximum of 10 visitors allowed at a time.

  • The exhibit will be the art of Britanny Koep, who recently graduated from high school.

The July 3rd First Friday Concert at City Park in Evansville was a wonderful evening of great music from Josie Nelson. Josie chose to play without intermission, so the concert ran from 7 to 9:30 pm. Thanks to shade trees and a breeze it was 10 degrees cooler than in downtown. We will be doing it again!

At the park we had social distancing, recommended masks, and had cold water available. We just aren’t able to do a dessert table and beverages at this time.

Upcoming events are planned unless there is a change in the guidelines that prohibits gatherings.

August 7 Blue Wolf Duo, Shirley and Jerry Spanhanks, will give our next First Friday concert. They play nearly any genre but are know for bluegrass.

August 20 will be our first Open Mic of the year. We will start at 6:30 pm and go to 8:30 or 9 pm. It will be held on the outdoor stage at the Evansville Historical Foundation. There will be plenty of shade for lawn chairs and blankets. There will be some parking on Gran Street that would allow listening from your car. We will not be able to share desserts and beverages, but you will be treated to music from happy musicians.

September

The Gallery will host award winning  Minimalist Photography by Cathie Frederickson September 4th through the 26th.  Music events will be held depending on the weather. Paradox, John Emblom and Billie Gilles will present the First Friday concert. Open Mic will be at the Evansville Historical Foundation.

I lead a team that develops marketing communications strategies. We produce videos, design websites, and create digital media for forward-oriented nonprofit organizations and businesses.

Because video storytelling plays such a significant part of online marketing, I am heavily involved in video production, every day. Our prolific little agency is constantly involved in helping businesses, and especially nonprofits, tell their unique stories. In social media. On websites. With video. If you aren't using video to tell your organization's story and to grow your business, why not?
