Creative Expressions

Matt and Valerie Bakke’s creativity will be featured in the Gallery from October 4 through October 26.

Matt’s turned wood creations are sure to capture your imagination.  His designs reflect the natural beauty of the wood he uses; each piece holding a personality of its own. His stunning works of art including bowls, vases, and figurines showcase the unique grain of the wood it was turned from. 

Valerie Bakke’s creative expression has followed a different path. The exhibit will be augmented by wife Valerie’s beautiful handmade soaps.  While these soaps are lovely just to look at, they are enhanced with essential oils adding fragrance and additional benefits.

Items in this exhibit are available for purchase. They will create a special ambiance in your home and will also be appreciated when given as gifts. 

Be sure to schedule time to see this Creative Expressions exhibit and shop the Gallery.  This exhibit runs from October 4th to October 26th.  Gallery hours are Fridays and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Evansville Art Center is located at 111 Main Street in Evansville, Minnesota.
