Do you like old Country and Gospel Classics and Open Mic?
Evansville Arts Coalition is pleased to present an Open Mic/Gospel Sing-Along lead by Evansville resident Keyes Burgess on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Keyes grew up in West Douglas County and started playing guitar and bass seriously as a young adult. He has played in Nashville and been recorded as a background singer and instrumentalist. Additionally, he has been a worship leader/pastor in the area since 2000 and obtained his Pastoral credentials in 2012. He has a love of old Country and Gospel classics.
Keyes has assisted in setting up and running sound for various Evansville Art Center events and has participated in Open Mic nights as well as various karaoke events in the area.
There is no charge for this event; donations are gratefully accepted. Please feel free to bring a treat to share at intermission, if you wish. Beverages will be provided. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Evansville Art Center is a handicapped accessible building.
