Artist Lyssa Lovejoy of Lovejoy Fine Arts will showcase her latest works (and some older pieces) at the Evansville Art Center during July. The exhibit will feature her current series, "Wonders of the West." This work highlights stories of Black Cowboys and Buffalo Soldiers and stories of “The West" and will also include some photography.
Her inspiration is her artist father--Jimmy Lovejoy (1932-2009). Some of his work will also be displayed. Visitors can expect a captivating display of history and artistry in this exhibit.
This exhibit runs from July 5 through July 27. Gallery hours are Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
